FLINDERS STREET OFFICE FITOUT

OVERVIEW

This retail fit out required full demolition of the internal structures of the existing tenancy to have an empty shell for the new works. The scope of works included all the services, we also made provisions for the Client’s Security, IT and FF&E contractors to do their part of the works. We supplied and installed a Hearing Augmentation System throughout the fit out which is a new system being implemented nationwide. The new fit out was complete with new ceilings and walls throughout, cabinetry, floor finishes, painting, internal glazing and artwork to the external glazing and further is code compliant withthe AS1428.2.

We supplied & install indigenous artworks that we sourced from art galleries in Adelaide and Sydney, which we secured with anti-vandalism fixings. The key feature of this fit out is the architecturally design painted timber feature paneling in the waiting area.

We liaised on a daily basis with the Architects/Principal Contractor from Brisbane and Clients from the Gold Coast to ensure constant update of the works throughout construction. As a part of our service, we sent weekly progress photos to the Architects/Principal Contractor and Client.

We have recently completed a commercial fitout project with Gedouns, for a valued client who is based on the Gold Coast. The delivery time was short and the distance from the project meant the relationship between the client, consultants and contractor was critical. Joe, Stacy and their sub-contractors provided an excellent, solution driven service. This successful collaboration produced a great result which has produced positive outcomes for the client and their service delivery. As testament to the constructive relationship, Gedouns is providing our client with ongoing post construction services”
